Planning Application Down

I have opened a form consisting large amount of data resulting in the crash of planning application.

I tried to restart the services through script (Planning) but failed. After that i run validate.sh command it shows one red field regarding Hyperion Planning: Error: bad response codes with get and post methods: 503 and 503.

I also tried to restart services from web-logic console but failed: Error: FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE

Any one Please help me to resolve the issue.
