Planning application deploy for really long time

Hi,

We have a planning application for workforce planning, with 12 dimensions in.

Employee dimension is really large with more than 20,000 members in.

The application have been used about half a year, users input data for planning.

Now there is a issue about the deploy, it is really taking a long time for the deployment. Sometimes more than 2 hours and stick to 10%, that I had to cancel it.

I don't know why and how to fix the issue to make the deployment faster.

Can any one help?
