Planning Application DB Refresh fails with Error Message "Essbase error code:1250005"

Our Planning Application Support team is trying to refresh DB in an existing Planning Application and its Failing at "Location Aliases Setting to one of the ASO cubes" step

On further investigation i found that in EAS console I'm even not able to validate and set the location aliases for these BSO cubes and getting below error message in EAS console.

FYI: I have recently applied the Planning PSu006 and all its dependencies PSU's as mentioned in the Planning PSU006 read me file.
