Planning Application Backup...

Hi,
I am using Hyperion 11.1.1.1 in Win 2003. I have created many Planning applications. Now as I am facing some virus problem I am thinking of formatting my computer. But I wanna keep the backup of all the applications that I had created. I am confused as how to do that.
Can anyone pls help me??
