Hello,
I installed patch 11.1.2.3.700 (from 11.1.2.3.500) where we should be able to run in standards mode. In Help -> about I see that workspace, architect, planning, calc manager have version 700.
Everything works fine (Dimension library, Shared services, etc.) but as soon as I try to open an application I get the following message:
"You are using an unsupported browser. The supported browsers are Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Firefox 2.0.0.2 and higher, Safari 3.1.2 and higher, and Google Chrome 1.0 or higher."
We are running IE11 in standards mode (document mode Edge and default user agent string in IE11).
I installed the following patches:
1. 20675028 - Shared Services
2. 20612400 - Workspace
3. 20643564 - Hyperion Planning
4. 20929659 - EPM Architect (foundation server)
5. 21292109 - Calculation Manager
6. 20768325 - Reporting and Analysis Framework
Our IT thinks that this is due to the fact that Oracle doesn't recognize IE11's user string?
Did I miss an installation step? Or is it a IE11 setting?
I hope anyone can help me with this.
