PL/sql : Unable to generate xlsx format excel file , but, xls format works fine.

Hello,

When i try to export the data from table into excel document(xlsx format), i could't. But, xls format works fine. And also,

when i open xlsx format file:

when i open xls format file. But,able to access the file

Tool: PL/SQL developer

DB: Oracel 11G

Format: Required the data in excel format(xlsx/xls), not in CSV format.
