PL/SQL . T-SQL and RDB

Hi..
Just wondering, hopefully someone can answer this extremely easy question.

In MSSQL we write stored procedures in T-Sql in Oracle it's PL/SQL, but what about a stored procedure in Oracle RDB? What's it called/ written in....
