SQL & PL/SQL

Hi,

i would like to know if there's some kind of support for PGP (not a spelling error. I don't mean PHP).

I need to send out emails from PL/SQL and have to be able to encrypt mails using a PGP algorithm so the receiving end will understand it.

If it's supported please point me to some examples.
I know of DMBS_CRYPTO but i'm unable to find out if it supports PGP.
