PL/SQL package to calculate net pay
806343Oct 19 2010 — edited Oct 21 2010Can anyone guide me on how to create a pl/sql package to calculate employee net pay that substracts the before tax deductions from the monthly salary,
subtract federal tax, state Income, SS tax which all have the same rate using the tax table which has percentage, min_sal and max sal as its columns.
Include commission as part of salary.Subtract after tax deductions from the remaining monthly salary to determine the net pay and it uses a DBMS_OUTPUT to display all deductions/calculations and net pay.
