Oracle Database Discussions

Hi,

I have to access PL/SQL developer from Citrix connection, which should access remote database.

I have Oracle 10g XE and Developer Suite 10g on my machine, in D:\ drive.

My questions is, which tnsnames.ora file it will use ?

tnsnames.ora from my machine or from the machine on which PL/SQL developer is installed ?

When i try to connect to PL/SQL developer, no database connection string is appearing in the database drop down.
I have the tnsnames.ora file for remote database also.

Please kindly help me how to access the remote database.
