pl/sql developer, change pc how to transfer database

hello
i have been using 10g express edition on my PC for over a year, now i have bought new PC, and dont know what to do, how i can transfer all the database i have created into new laptop.
please help
do i need to reinstall the 10g express edition and that do what, or if i do the 11g can i still import database from 10g
i rally don't know how and what to do
please help
