PL/SQL Code works fine on 19c RAC, 12.2.0.1 standalone but not 12.2.0.1 RAC : ORA-01422: exact fetch

Hi Team
I received the following error for a PL/SQL Code in 12.2.0.1 Cluster database. Whereas it works in all other version. Any generic reason. Let me know I can share the code.
DECLARE
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at line 16
