Pl/SQL Code Management and Deployment Tools

At the moment my team is struggling as we have multiple projects working on the same code.

Has anyone come across any decent pl/sql code management tools that can help with:

merging code
deploying code
acting as a repository

Does oracle itself have products which can help? Scanned its website and haven't found anything.
