PL/SQL Certification Path on 10g or 11g?

Hi,

Is there a PL/SQL Certification track on 10g or 11g? will doing the certification path(pl/sql) on 9i be helpful now that even 11g is available. Also, apart from Steven Feuerstein's book on PL/SQL, any other good books to prepare for OCA/OCP exams?
