pkgadd not adding packages to non-global zones

Hi all...

I have tried running the "pkgadd <package_name>" from the global zone and the package I was trying to install (to all zones), is not being installed. According to the documentation, this command should of added the package to all non-global zones.

Just wondering if anyone has encountered the same problem ?
