pkgadd command

Hello,

I have the following packages in this directory and I do a ls to verify.

When I do my pkgadd command, I get the following.. what is the issue here..

# pwd
/mnt/nfs/UNIX_BUILD/os/10_01_06/Solaris_10/Product
# pkgadd -d /mnt/nfs/UNIX_BUILD/os/10_01_06/Solaris_10/Product/SUNWeuluf
pkgadd: ERROR: no packages were found in </mnt/nfs/UNIX_BUILD/os/10_01_06/Solaris_10/Product/SUNWeuluf>
# cd /mnt/nfs/UNIX_BUILD/os/10_01_06/Solaris_10/Product
# ls -l SUNWeuluf
total 16
drwxr-xr-x 2 root other 512 Dec 7 07:47 archive
drwxr-xr-x 2 root other 512 Dec 7 07:47 install
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1032 Dec 7 07:41 pkginfo
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2304 Dec 7 07:41 pkgmap
drwxr-xr-x 4 root other 512 Dec 7 07:47 reloc

FYI, this is a nfs mounted file-system.
