PJC - Change mouse cursor on web forms

Hi, I want to change the style of my mouse cursor when it hovers over the text item that contains an email address on our Customers form. I know that WHEN-MOUSE-ENTER/LEAVE are disabled over the web so I have been playing with PJC's to get the same functionality but with no knowledge of JDeveloper this is proving hard!

Can anyone out there email me an example of a PJC that can do this or possibly the one included with the Forms demos on TechNet as dowloading is disabled from the office internet connection.
