Pipelined table function..

Hi,

I need a idea regarding pipelined table function.I want to design a table function that will work as a standard library function,and using this function i can query any table.Hope all u r getting that everything should be dynamic........can u please give me any idea in which way i have to proced and if u can please give me any reference link from where i can get the idea.....
