PIP for communication

hi,

I want to implement 'Order to Bill' PIP for communication. Can you please provide me step-by-step guide for this?

Also, I have installed latest AIA 2.3 media pack. But I couldn't find 'Order to bill' PIP in this pack. Please do let me know if i am missing anything?
