Oracle Forms

Recently some forms we have would just turn all the fields and buttons pink so that you can't see the text. You can't see the fields as pink when ran throught the form biulder but you can when you run the same forms in the live area.

Has this ever occured to anyone else?

Is there a solution to the problem so that it won't occur or do we have to go through and manually change the forms when it happens?
