Pie Chart not displaying proper result

JDEV Version - 12.2.1.0.0

I created a pie chart for Department Id and Salary from Employees Table like

and got the following result

This shows that department 90 has the highest total salary.

But when i executed the query, i got the following results

Could you please help to understand how the pie chart is displaying the results.
