Pie Chart - No Data Found when Initialized

Have a pie chart with 4 items above the chart to filter the chart data by. When you first accesses the chart, the "no data found" message is displayed. If you then filter using any of the 4 items, data appears properly and for the remainder of the session, every works fine.

How do I initialze the chart to show data from the get go?

The chart does not have a GO button, all items (Select Lists) are conditioned to submit when used.
