(Phone) Number Validation.

Hi

I want a procedure that accepts number as input and a return flag as out param.
f the given input number in any of the below formats then return flag is 'Y' else 'N'
(xxx)xxx-xxxx
xxx-xxx-xxxx
xxxxxxxxxx

ie) To validate the given phone numbers are only in above formats.

Please advice me.
