I have a requirement to standardize the phone number format all across the board where in we have scheduled job which pulls data from OIM and sends a file to workday with attributes.
What is the universal standard for storing the phone number in OIM?
We have multiple countries and will be sending the data to workday by splitting the phone number into 4 different headers namely : Work Phone Country Code,Work Phone Area Code,Work Phone Number,Work Phone Extension.
Any inputs or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
