PGA is private for every user . Now, say for an example,
There are 5 users connected to their database. How much is ideal memory size allocated to each user?
for convenience , assume that total resource for PGA is 100 mb . Do you think oracle will distribute 20 mb each amongst all the users?
Secondly if yes, how about one user needs more memories and there is no other users at the moment? will oracle share the remaining 80 mb to the user?
