"_pga_max_size" and "pga_aggregate_target" in 10g !!

Hi, all.

The database is 2 node 10.2.0.2.0 RAC.

"_pga_max_size" is 200M by default.
And currently, "pga_aggregate_target" is 350M.

Is 350M of "pga_aggregate_target" effective even when "_pga_max_size" is 200M?
