PGA and Increase in Open Cursor post upgrade to ojdbc10(19.15.0.0) version from ojdbc8 12.0.1 versi

Hi All ,
We are seeing surge in PGA memory in production post upgrade from ojdbc8 and ucp(12.2.01) to
ojdbc10 and ucp(19.15.1.5.0) Jars . Any one has faced the same and any possible solution for the same . Also please advice does the server side jars in orahome lib also needs to be upgrade to ojdbc10 jars . the server lib has 19.3 version ojdbc8 jars .
