PersonalJava on Fujitsu LOOX 600?

I'm a newbie to the J2ME / PersonalJava stuff and have just bought myself a Fujistu LOOX 600 pocket PC. I'd like to get developing applications using PersonalJava (I already write J2SE and J2EE systems) but don't know which PersonalJava RE to download, if any. The LOOX has an Intel PXA250 processor but I'm not sure whether this is supported or not. Anyone got any advice? Buying a different handheld is not an option ;)
