personalise enterprise manager / cloud control for a specific tuning role

rnigDec 17 2013 — edited Dec 19 2013

Dear forum,

Is it possible to personalize (actually trim down) the cloud control (enterprise manager) menu's & screens

so they only show content fully accessible to a specific role.

Say, e.g. a data modeler, wants to see only recommendations of SQL Autmatic Tuning advisor.

This person must not see "storage", "backup", ...

I managed to create a non privileged user who can log in to cloud control,

from there a specific database can be selected.

Another non privileged user is created for that specific database,

the page with ATA's advice can be visited,

recommendations can't be implemented : this is perfect.

What is distracting is that the full menu's & all bells & whistles are visible : this is distracting --> how can this be hidden.

At random trials show nothing can be applied : this is perfect, but cloud control shouldn't show the menu items leading to non authorized pages in the first place.

Thanks in advance for some hints,

Erwin
