Persistent APEX Version Mismatch Error on Free Tier ADB (Login Still Works)

Despite this error, I can click through it and log in successfully. The APEX builder and applications seem to function correctly after login. **Environment Details:** * **Account Type:** Oracle Cloud Free Tier * **Service:** Autonomous Database * **APEX URL:** https://g6dc7b8a0dd92bf-dbparquesep.adb.sa-bogota-1.oraclecloudapps.com/ords/ * **Region:** sa-bogota-1 (Bogota) **Troubleshooting Steps Performed:** I have already performed extensive troubleshooting to confirm this is not a client-side issue: 1. Cleared all browser cache, cookies, and site-specific data. 2. Performed a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R). 3. **Tested in Incognito/Private mode** (the error still appears). 4. **Performed a full STOP and START** of the Autonomous Database instance via the OCI console. **Conclusion:** Since the error persists even in Incognito mode and after a database restart, this strongly suggests a **server-side cache issue** within the OCI infrastructure is serving a stale file for the login page. Could an Oracle moderator please investigate this caching issue for my instance? I can provide the database OCID in a private message if required. Thank you for your assistance.
