Performing pagination in JTable

Hi,
How to do pagination on JTable... ie there are more than 1000 rows.I have two buttons.One is for pageUp and the other is for pagedown.when i click the pagedown button the jtable should show the next 100 records from the 1000 record.
Can anyone help in this.
