Oracle Database Discussions

With so much in ora tuning ...

xplan, tkprof, trace events , statspack(now AWR) ...

finding difficult to understand the right approach for oracle perf. tuning....


I know , many will point to oracle online documentation ... very useful stuff ..

but what i am looking for is basically examples/scenarios .. and then going through some pre-defined steps/analysis ..
which would lead to the solution ...


i know it comes with lot of experience only ...

but to start with .... any advice .. so that i can learn tuning practically with some examples..
