I have a dashboard. Only/default layout is 2 performance tiles and a table. All is currently working fine. I need to update the formula that calculates the measure for Tile A, but that breaks the display of Tile B – it just shows a name/label and it’s gray with no value and no conditional format. The measure for A has no relationship to B. The real kicker: if I edit the view for Tile B, it shows the value and color in the preview as expected. As soon as I exit the edit mode, though, it’s back to blank/gray. Doesn’t matter what I change the A measure to – tried it with just a simple ‘1’ – and tile B does the same thing.
Has anyone ever encountered this before? I don't even know where to begin my troubleshooting at this point.
