One of our customer is using our performance, goals and talent review modules and having difficulty in replicated the same task multiple times. I would like to understand your views and possible approaches to solve this query and would appreciate if anyone can help us on this.
In the Performance Review / document, customer currently has list of questions which are meaningful and very relevant for the talent review exercise as well. Currently, customer has to complete filling up of questionnaire in the performance review exercise in the system and then do another exercise of talent review where they fill up the same questions which is creating lot of manual efforts of replicating the task.
The objective is to simplify the process, where the questions which are common between Performance Review and Talent Review should flow from performance document to talent review automatically which means in one review exercise, managers can complete both the task.
I believe this could be very common requirement as it will increase efficiency in the process.
