We have an APEX page that has an interactive report using an SQL that seems to be working in sql workshop from APEX, but page runs continuously without displaying any data.
What may be causing this issue or where to look for in such cases.
One input on this that I can share is that eBS database administrators had communicated in the past that there are multiple parallel connections that almost halted the environment and so they killed those sessions. We are suspecting that it may have been caused by this page's query.
How to diagnose such issues? What is the starting point? Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
