I have a worker that was not assigned the performance goal plan. Our eligibility profile is set up so that All Employees are assigned this goal plan automatically. A manager has noticed that he does not have the option to select the goal plan for this worker but does for his other direct reports.
I ran a manual assignment for this person and that did not work. Wondering if there is something I am missing.
The worker is not newly hired, they have not been recently transferred to this manager, and there are no other documented changes to this worked in Oracle.
