I am Srinath, We are facing a recurring performance degradation issue within a specific time window from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and would like your assistance in resolving it. Issue Summary: This issue has been intermittently occurring for over a year, but in the last few weeks, it has become more consistent now happening three times a week, always within the same time frame (8:30 AM to 10:30 AM). Outside of this period, the application performs normally. Observations: TNS ping results during different times: Before and after the issue time: Response times are between 10–20 ms. During the issue (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM): Response times spike significantly reaching up to 44,000 ms, 25,000 ms, and often fluctuating above 15,000 ms. No anomalies or bugs were found in the application or database. There are no scheduled jobs running on the application or database side during this period.
