Percentage calculation of parents

This is ASO in PBCS.

How can I get my parent in the entity dimension to calculate using the formula, rather than as a rollup of its children?

ie. Expected result in cell F10 is 100%.

Solve order is currently set to 50 (if that is useful to know).
