As part of the decisions related to Integration (JMS framework/specification), Our client is looking to now replace Sonic MQ with Active MQ JMS Provider Please refer to their environment details as seen below.

QUERIES
Is PT8.55 compatible with ActiveMQ Artemis? Or, Is it mandatory to do a Peopletools upgrade to PT8.57 or PT8.58 (from PT8.55) prior to replacing the existing Sonic MQ with Active MQ Artemis? And, Also, Is there a need to upgrade current Weblogic and JRE1.7 (to JRE1.8) versions considering the ActiveMQ replacement requirement?
I have tried to search for some materials in Oracle support, but havent been able to find any documentation around validating this compatibility. Requesting for some support and any good documentation around this including the configuration and best practices if available.
