PeopleSoft Service Operation error "400 Bad Request. The request cannot be fulfilled due to bad syntax"

PeopleSoft REST Synchronous Outbound Service Operation is giving error "400 Bad Request. The request cannot be fulfilled due to bad syntax". This error is happening only for a few transactions and works fine with the remaining. Recently upgraded from 8.55 to 8.59.
Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks.
