Team,

what is the best way to track fringe benefits in PeopleSoft; such as cell phone allowances, auto allowance, etc

what is the best way to feed data from an applicant tracking system (PeopleAdmin) into PeopleSoft and how the data from PeopleAdmin might be able to populate Job/Person data in PeopleSoft.
