Hi. I am a consultant engaged by a client to implement TDE. Their application is PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 running on an Oracle Enterprise Edition 12.1.0.2 database. The TDE implementation was successful as was many of the application components. However, the client is receiving 'Your license code does not permit access to this object: HR_MANAGE_HIRES' and GPUS_BEN_SMRY thus far. The error is normally received as a result of upgrading and patching and the obvious not in compliance. The client says that nothing else (besides TDE) has changed. Has anyone had issues with implementing TDE in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2? Are there any other changes needed - does column PT_TDE_ENCRYPT_ALG in table PSOPTIONS need to be set? I know little else about their PeopleSoft environment to answer questions.
