Peformence Issue

There are 26 “PX Deq: Execution Msg” event showing in v$session_wait and its program name “oracle@devdb (P021)” oracle@devdb (P022) and so on in v$session.Find below that I grepped on OS level.which all ran by toad by one user. Can I kill that all that are related to toad with particular user.
One of module are damn slow.Suggest me
