PDF version of the manual: the syntax diagram for the create_flexible_domain clause does not fit in the page

Minor PDF generation issue: in the CREATE DOMAIN section of the SQL Reference manual, the above-mentioned diagram does not fit in the page, so its rightmost part is truncated.

More diagrams in the same section (and possibly elsewhere) are also affected.
