PDF file to covert TEXT format and content to display page?

I try to show the PDF file which is while creating to preview the TEXT format(automated PDF to convert text).

similar requirement for me, ref thread:@"Munir Mahmud" (i try to see this referenced page but it does not mention development env credential)
