Hi developers
I have an issue regarding blob im using 19c I have successfully stored pdfs into blob and I am using Toad also I am using big data for the tablespace .
when I try to download a pdf at the first and open the file it shows error but when I try for the second time it works that applies for most blobs also at the second attempt the size also increases I don’t know what to do I need help I hope the pictures below also explain my idea and how size changes
