PDE-POC004 General OCI error in Reports Builder 6i

Hello all,

I am getting a PDE-POC004 General OCI error in Oracle Reports builder 6i (V 6.0.8.11.3) when I try to connect to a database.

I am able to use SQL and Forms to connect to the database.

The error message says:
"PDE-POC004 General OCI error. An error message with more detailed information is supplied", With just the 'OK' button.

I cannot find any detailed information about the error and what is causing it.

Any ideas.... Anyone?
