PCI card drivers for CentOS (Linux Wireless)

Hi there,
after succesully loading centos server on my new system I am having problems in my system not recongnising sweex pci card, with ralink chipset and I have found drivers on the net

now because I am a neewbee to linux I dont know how to install them and I need help in installin these drivers if they are the right one's, could some one follow the above link to check if I have got the right drivers and tell me how to install these on my centos system,
