DevOps, CI/CD and Automation

I want to integrate proc into company application compilation and deployment system, and do away with $ORACLE_HOME.

I already copied all proc header file and library, but proc still give error:

PCC-F-NOERRFILE, unable to open error message file, facility PR2

Anyone know the name of the error msg file required by proc? and the err msg path? is the name and path configurable?
