PCC-F-02104 Unable to connect to Oracle

Using Oracle 9 and have been building and had no errors until today:

PCC-F-02104 Unable to connect to Oracle

When using pre compiler.

Did some searching and found TWO_TASK may be the issue. However, TWO_TASK was always set. Now we remove it and it works again.

Has anyone else had this issue with TWO TASK or Pre Compiler. Also, this was not a problem when using Oracle 8.1.7.
